Warranty Agreement

CALOOP guarantees that all CALOOP manufactured products undergo strenuous quality control testing before delivery. In the event that any product defect (nonconformity) occurred with respect to the product, CALOOP will provide product replacement or refund service within the warranty period according to this agreement.

Refund Guidelines
In the warranty period, if you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] for a free replacement once with the same or similar product.

If you just don’t want it or bought a wrong product and want to return:
1. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the day received.
2. Merchandise must be unused and accompanied by the original product packaging.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses, which will be deducted from the refund.
4. For return address, please drop us an email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items
Sale items can be refunded at your purchase price.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Repair and Replacement Guidelines

Customers with CALOOP manufactured products are entitled to repair or replace products within the duration of the warranty. Replacement products are guaranteed to have similar or exact specification items and components.

Note:

All replacement does not have new warranties attached but will be covered by the warranties of the original purchases.
Claimers must provide sufficient proof of purchase. Purchase proofs including order number (order ID) made from online purchases.
CALOOP may ask for more than one type of purchase proofs and may require returning an item for defection inspection.
The Warranty is NOT subject to the following conditions:

Gifts from CALOOP (without Order ID), refunded purchases, stolen purchases, or purchases from unauthorized channels such as second-hand deals platforms.
Manufactured products misused or abused due to non-compliance with the CALOOP product manual.
Any damage caused by Natural Disasters, such as floods, conflagrations, earthquakes, lightning, typhoons, etc.; Actions of Intent, such as bumping, hammering, etc.; Computer Malfunction, or other abnormal uses.

Any damage resulting from physical/electronic/electromagnetic pressure and interference, unstable or misused power supply, lightning, and static electricity, flame or other acts of God, etc.
Any damage caused by exposure to improper environments for the specified device, such as high temperature, high humidity, etc.
Any damage caused by any research or development usage or professional testing/examination.
Any damage caused by pets, such as cable bit off by cats.
